Do I drop off my dog or do I pick them up?
This can be decided at the discretion of the owner. The selected walker will accommodate any way possible.
How long are the walks?
The average walks are about 60 minutes to 75 minutes. Walks may be longer depending on the selected lifestyle.
Does my dog have to be trained?
NO! While we encourage basic training for your dog, it is not necessary.
Do I supply the poop bags or treats?
No need to worry about poop bags or treats; the Zoomies walker is well-equipped for rewards and cleanups. But, if your pet has an allergy, you may provide your own treats.
Do I supply my own leash/harness?
Yes, all clients are responsible for supplying their own leash and harness. The walkers do not supply them.
Can Zoomies cater to special requests?
Of course! Walkers will respect all special requests. After all, your fur babies are our priority.
I can’t schedule a walk.
Ensure you have selected the proper lifestyle and have not exceeded your walk limit. If you still run into problems, no worries! Just contact us, and we will help resolve any issues.
